Every once in a while you're given the privilege of having your perspective adjusted. That happened to me yesterday. The world looks different this morning. I'm re-evaluating my responses to the everyday situations around me, working at letting go of what "should" be and seeing what is with grateful-er eyes.

It's not my story to tell. But I'm a bit player, and again, it's my privilege to be that. Everything could change and maybe it will.

Change is the only constant...

Amen to what Jim said up above. Learning to let go and be grateful are always two of my major goals in life ... and what challenging goals they can be. But, then again, I don't think life would feel so marvelous at times if I didn't strive for letting go and being grateful all at once.

Good morning you two J's,

Yeah, trying to keep that free flowing is such a hard work! To acknowledge that yes, this moment is wonderful and simultaneously, yes, I'm going to let it move through and not try to grasp it.
