I watched this several times. Kind of was freaky for me at a certain level. It's conclusion gives new meaning to "motion is the lotion." I do get a "chi" massage every couple of months and now I'm glad I do.
thats a very good and understandable explanation, we have a myofacial person where I work, its like some kind of torture getting it done but it can drop some of my pain levels down to 0.
Yes, motion and having someone move things for you go a long, long way in retaining range of movement. The body is very good at making "casts" to repair things... not quite as good at dismantling them!

interesting, if slightly macabre..... i don't recall a lot of fuzz in wild animals i killed and ate in my back-to-the-land days.
